I am feeling depressed feel like my doc isn't listening to me. Why didnt the caffeine pills work? I need answers
There is nuvigil and provigil. Do you see a rheumatologist?
Unfortunately, that happens alot. I saw a Naturalpath that put me on increased iron, and a multitude of minerals and vitamins that helped me. Have your doctor take blood tests that look for iron levels, thyroid levels and keep going back until you feel better. Good luck and know you can always vent to someone who will listen
Hi turtle tree, I have taken provigil before and it did help me with fatigue... sounds like you dr. is listing to you. The med may not work for you because we all are different and may need to try someting else or change dose I don't know how long you been on this med. Its a fast acting drug. Try talking to your dr. let he/she know that its not working Best wishes,
Hello Turtle tree,
Have you tried an antidepressant for your fatigue? There are many that would help with your fatigue and depression. I suggest you talk to your doctor and ask about it.
Wishing you the best,
Let me preface this by saying I havent been diagnosed with lupus but I suspect I may have it.There is nuvigil, provigil, ritalin and adderall. Adderall is an amphetamine which would probably be the last one they would try. For other reasons Ive tried all of these to stimulate me and none worked. Everyone is different, you have to keep pressing the drs and like someone else said, you should try a rhuematologist if you havent already. Remember, the dr works for you so keep pressuring them. Good luck.
