I've recently noticed a lump on the back left side of my head... it is tender and slightly sensitive to the touch. My feeling is that is an inflamed occipital lymph node, though I don't appear to have any scalp infection. My lymph nodes in my neck are also inflamed (both sides). I have also had some pains in my left side, just under my rib cage. I don't feel ill, but i haven't had a lot of sleep (a little over 6 per night) and have been working ling days. Please advise me as to what this could be and what i should do.

You need to see a skin Doctor get this checked out, I had one on my head it was a skin cancer, signs are, change in color growing itching ,bleeding ,sensitive , pain, scaling, this can spread if left alone, I don't want to scare you, but the one on my shoulder was just a spot I had all my life it started growing and changing color, boispy it was melanoma, I had surgery march 18th this year it had not spread for that I'm thankful, but for the rest of my life I'll have to have skin checks because once you have it, it can come back, see the skin Doctor soon.
