Ok well the past few weeks I have been using my back more than I usually do.. When I was working I have to move heavy objects constantly which caused my back to hurt. Than I went golfing at the driving range and of coarse you know.. Tried to hit the ball as hard as I possibly could about 200 times and I REALLY paying for it now.. The pain is slowly decreasing but it has been staying the same lately.. My mom thinks it could be a tumor but I highly doubt it.. (Surgery's scare the crap out of me!) my dad used to have them all the time so she thinks it's genetic but I don't think it is because this starts happening after excessive use of my back... But the pain is specifically my lower right side of my back above my hip and around that area.. Anyone have a possible diagnosis? Thank you!
Well it could be a number of things but it might just be a muscle strain. Try ibuprofen and alternate ice and heat for twenty minutes each every two hours. Take it easy on your back for a few weeks. If you are still having a lot of pain after that you should probably see a doctor.
