I’m not sure if you mean immediately or long term. Long term: see a doc and lead a healthier lifestyle, stop smoking, lose weight. Immediately: make sure you are hydrated. Also, you can do a breathing exercise. Inhale for five seconds, hold for three to five seconds, and exhale for five seconds. Just keep doing that! It’s kind of peaceful but it works
