I'm a small framed person the most I've ever weighed was 129 lbs prior to taking medications. ( heart and blood pressure meds ) I was walking two miles a day eating right. In a matter of just a couple months I'm now 140 lbs I've never dreamed that I'd ever weigh this much it's such a strain on me I can barely walk a half mile.
I'm gong to be going over with my Doctor about changing my meds. I eat right I just don't understand where this weight comes from. Since my weight gain isn't from eating will I go back to my normal weight when I stop taking the med that is causing it?
Any advice / suggestions
