I need help fast. I need to lose weight because the weight I am gaining is not healthy. I love to eat constantly. I'll eat when I'm bored, happy, tired, and etc. This needs to stop. I constantly feel insecure around my boyfriend, although he tells me how beautiful I am, I always still feel like I'd be better if I lost some weight. I have such a busy schedule that I barely ever have time for the gym. When I do have time for the gym, right after I get out, I go straight for the refrigerator at home. I need to lose weight quick for the holidays and also just for more energy. I'm at a desperate point right now. Over the counter Pills are an option as well.
Honestly the answer to your problems is in your hands. Setting boundaries for yourself and getting an exercise app like 7 min workouts would help. I've been using the app for some time and it still kicks my butt. Everyone has 7 min a day for a workout. As far as going for the fridge, buy healthy snacks to stock it with. These problems your having can only be addressed and fixed by you. There is no magic pill to change your way of thinking. Good luck on the weight loss!
0k, 1. No such magic as loosing weight fast you did not gain overnight. If you believe that it can be done your setting yourself up for failure. 2. Make an appointment with your doctor, explain to him what is going on and ask to please rule out a health condition demand extensive blood work, or what ever it takes also ask about depression, your love of food could be hiding a mental disorder such as depression. 3. Don't loose weight for anyone or anything other than for yourself. 4. Make a written list of pros and cons about your eating habits and your so call love of food, ask yourself brutal questions like , do i enjoy the effects of food? varicose veins, lard ass. celullite, heart condition, diabetes, bed ridden, boyfriend eventually ashamed to be seen with someone who thinks so little of herself that she chooses food over herself. Look and feel old before time. Fat is unhealthy and ugly. Stop making excuses and get to the gym, if you truthfully can't make a couple of hours for yourself out of 24 you don't appreciate or love yourself. 5. If your over the counter pills are an option, I say your a dreamer, put on your red shoes Dorothy close your eyes and make the weight off. They don't work, sorry to bring you back to reality, ONLY thing that works is get rid of junk food, nothing processed, lots of water, lower intake of carbs, get a scale, or measuring tape, eat vegetables, fruits, and anything you like as long as it's in moderation, and keep moving go to the gym and workout. Get an education, hobbies, volunteer, lots of sex is good for you. And 2 most important things eat to live don't live to eat and above all else love your self enough to be real, making excuses is lying to yourself. Good luck.
