i want to get off them but i have so many pains from arth to broken foot to low bain pai that is severe at times
Might want to check into other types of pain control medications. There are medications like Celebrex for arthritis and other medications like Cymbalta or Lyrica for nerve pain. None of these are addictive like the Lortab.
As far as stopping the Lortab, I recommend you slowly reduce your daily dose every week or so until you can stop. Honestly, if the Lortab is working and you aren't abusing it, then why fight it. Lortab is a relatively mild opiate.
Don't fix it, if it isn't broke, as the saying goes.
