Good day all,
I'm very thankful for finding this site, and I'm hoping to get some feedback and/or personal experiences. As I mentioned above I'm on day two and my appetite doesn't seem different as of yet. Did you all see a difference the very first dose and/or day? I'll be so upset if I'm a non responder, I paid allot of money and I did my homework on this, please help out. Thanks.
Lorcaserin - Beliviq question- I'm on Day two?
Good day all,
I am on day 6 and I've also not felt much of a difference in appetite. There is another thread on this started by bellalove about 13 days ago. Bellalove is losing weight, but she said sometimes it works to suppress her appetite and sometimes it doesn't. I haven't noticed a difference myself. I'm on Weight Watchers and my weight loss is the same as it was before I started taking Belviq. I will also be disappointed if I'm a non-responder since my insurance doesn't cover this drug. Keep posting your experiences, because I don't see many from folks who think they are non-responders.
Yes, I am still taking Belviq and thank you for giving me the chance to update my status. I am not losing quickly, but I am losing (18 pounds since July 15). If I was taking Belviq alone (I am doing Weight Watchers too), I think I would not be doing as well. I do notice that Belviq has helped me with my worst issue--night-time eating. I don't feel as driven to eat at night with Belviq. I know that WW has helped me stay focused and not feel alone--those weekly support meetings are important! Between WW and Belviq, I feel less stressed when I only lose 1/2 pound (or less) in a week. I think it's important to do both. Belviq is subtle. Without my weekly weigh-in at WW, I think I might just eat the cookies even if I'm not hungry. But it is easier to stay in control with Belviq. Again, Belviq is subtle for me but I can tell there's a difference. Downside: My insurance doesn't cover it and even with savings card, it's $159. No side effects that I can tell.
