I am 36 years old, and I am only 4 days in on taking 25mg of Zoloft. I have never taken any antidepressants, but think that I really needed them in the past. I have severe social anxiety and depression. I am also very paranoid. I want to give this drug a chance to work, but I have no appetite and feel so groggy. My doctor said it could take up to 2 weeks or longer to get the effects. Wow. Really? What am I supposed to feel like and what are some of the positive results you have had or have from taking Zoloft? Thanks!
I have taken 150mg of Zoloft for like 10 years. Understand that I have gone through a million medicine changeS, but the only one that remains constant is the Zoloft. It does take about two to three weeks to kick in, but soon hopefully you will be feeling like you have a little more energy, and positivity and are just overall feeling better about life. It works for me, no side effects. I take it in the morning. Good luck!
