I've been taking Zantac for about six months now without any problem. I take it in combination with Allegra for a case of chronic hives. I'm really not even certain that it helps, but I'm afraid to stop taking it. The only complaint I have is the cost, since I take four tablets every day. I was only taking two tablets a day, but for some reason I was getting heartburn so the doctor told me to take four. That stopped the heartburn. It's funny because that's what the medication is for… Heartburn!
