How long does an yeast infection last if I have a urinary infection?

Urinary tract infection needs antibiotics to clear it up and those antibiotics can often give a woman a vaginal "yeast" infection. You need an antifungal drug to cure a yeast infection and it is best to use the antifungal after you finish the antibiotics for the UTI. They are usually two different infections caused by two very different organisms.
