I take sertraline and some other medications. My main concern is that I take sertraline everyday and sometimes I need to take ibuprofen. I've heard and read that you can't take them together? How long do I wait in between when taking them?
Kaitlin99; This is more for people that are taking Aspirin or other Nsaid's or have bleeding Ulcers in which case you should talk with your doctor outside of that it is okay to take them Best a couple of hours away from the Sertraline Just to be careful. ((the occurrence of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, and concurrent use of NSAIDs or aspirin was found to potentiate the risk. Preliminary data also suggest that there may be a pharmacodynamic interaction ))) info; is from drugs.com on interactions. Have a good weekend. Chuck1957
