I have been on oral Clindamycin for almost 3 days. Still having some discharge
It's probably cleared up by now. It's possible to need more than one course of antibiotic. In that case, you aren't done yet. Cleocin/clindamycin should be taken completely with nothing left over. That's when you can expect no discharge, but it can happen sooner, it depends on how well the antibiotic is matched to the bacteria for effectiveness.
