Ask your Dr if you can have one every 12 hours. One tab wont last a full 24 hours. Just let him know the same as you told us, you are hurting and the drug only lasts the day then you cant sleep nights because of the pain. Another thing may be to add a muscle relaxant at night to take at bedtime.
I have very servere pain with my fibromyalgia I can bearly walk I'm on oxycodone slow release might be worth asking about that with many fibro medications it's trial and error there no drug that going to totallytakes the pain away you need to work with your gp and pain specialists I'm sill waiting but
