How long for Prozac to start working?

Hi, Mycio! Prozac is fairly fast acting for an antidepressant and some people report improvement within the first couple of weeks, but for most people it can take four to six weeks for the medication to reach therapeutic levels in your bloodstream.
Try to be patient... it'll be worth the wait!
Best regards, Wildcat
