i'm four weeks out of distal biceps tendon surgery using single incision endobutton method. i am a drummer so i'm very anxious to get back to playing but i'm just not sure when that is going to be possible. i have very good range of motion and full extension but arm is pretty weak and i still have pain on supination.
How long until I can play drums again after distal biceps tendon surgery?

Sorry, this is a question that only your Dr can answer. There are just too many variables and only your Dr can give his best "guesstimate". Even he wont know "for sure" as everyone heals differently but he should be able to give you an average time. Work very hard in your physical therapy but dont try to do too much too soon. I have a musician husband (he plays guitar) so I know how important this is to you and I know you will want to push yourself, probably before your body is healed and you can permanently injure yourself this way so be sure to follow all recommendations by your providers. It will take at least a year to be completely fully healed but this doesnt mean it will be this long before you can play again. That is just the way it is with most surgeries.
