It depends on the route of administration and the amount taken. For Oral administration, it takes about 9 hours for half of the amount of Opana taken to be fully eliminated and out of your system. In any case, it should not stay in your system longer then 4 days. (absolute max. 5 days to make sure you are in the clear). If the administration is other than oral, it clears your system faster.
