The medical guidance is 2-3 weeks for differentiation from placebo. That is about how long it should take before you can determine if you are taking a real drug or a placebo. For an increase the statement remains the same. Full efficacy is still in the 6-8 weeks area.

My experience have been equivalent to this guidance.
