With a Cesarean the skin should heal in 10 days to 2 weeks. The muscles underneath take longer, 6 to 8 weeks.

I had 2 C-sections. Each one took about 2 weeks for the incision to heal over to where I could actually wear jeans, and not be tender. But the internal part of the incision, where they cut the muscles and underlying tissue and your Uterus can take a few months to totally heal to the point to where you don't have tenderness. But your severe pain (pain that requires you to take prescription pain killers), should be gone in 2 weeks or less.
I hope this helps...
And have a Happy New Year!!!
