Most medication takes at least a month for the body to adjust to. I definitely know how frustrating the fatigue can be. I found that altering my schedule helped a little. Take it easy, and rest if you have to, so you have energy for the things you really want or have to do. There are other meds your physician may be able to add to your treatment plan, to counter the fatigue, if it'a really bad. There's alot of info on the horizon about treatment plans, like how often and how much sprycel a patient needs to take, that might make a difference too.
