Be very carefully mixing cold remedy's & sleeping meds.
Keep in mind every Tylenol PM has 500mg of Tylenol plus 25mg of Diphenhydramine. You're already getting 650mg of Tylenol/acetaminophen in one Musinix severe cold & flu.
The liver is not equipped to handle 1650 mg of acetaminophen at a time. Granted the Mucinex is a 12-hour pill it's still a lot of acetaminophen. Also if alcohol is involved then it's more damaging to your liver.
Finally, your already taking a decongestant for your sinuses. Not sure you would need an antihistamine too.
Play it safe, skip the Tylenol PM if you can.
You can get the PM without the Tylenol. Just buy Benadryl (diphenhydramine), this is what is in all PM medicine that helps put you to sleep.
