It is more likely to be spotting or breakthrough bleeding which is commonly experienced by many especially if just starting Loestrin.
As long as you have taken your pills as instructed, and not missed any, you will have full contraceptive cover despite the bleeding.
Breakthrough bleeding usually settles as your body adjusts to the hormones - it may take 2 to 3 cycles.
If the bleeding is persistently heavy, or you feel worried, talk to your doctor or nurse.
