I am assuming you are not taking the Loestrin at the moment?
Yes you can, but the side effects are likely to be more severe (nausea & vomiting) and it is not as safe as the emergency contraceptive pill available from your doctor or pharmacist (depending on where you live).
You will need to take 6 Loestrin tablets straight away and then another 6 in exactly 12 hours time.
You are probably better off going to see your doctor.
