He cannot get a reaction from your taking birth control hormones. The reaction is not from you taking the Pill, it was something else. Did you two use any lubricant like KY or anything like that? People with sensitive skin can have reactions to lubricants, especially ones that warm or have flavor. If you didnt use lubricant it could have been just due to friction. If this was the second time you had sex in the same day, it could very well have been from friction especially since his skin is sensitive. Sometimes during sex, a female dries out a bit and this can cause a lot of friction drag on the male's skin (it can cause friction burns in a female too) and this friction causes little micro tears in the skin and this irritation can cause a rash like appearance. It may help you to use plain KY Jelly just be sure it is the plain old KY nothing flavored and definitely none of the "warming sensation" types. These can be very irritating to both partners. This will keep skin gliding smoothly and help avoid friction. Another possibility is that you have a vaginal infection that is irritating him. Sometimes women can have infections that have no symptoms to themselves but their partners feel itching and burning and make get a rash. Try using a lubricant (or change to a plain lubricant if you are using a warming one or flavored one) and be sure that after sex, he washes his penis well with warm soapy water (or showers). If it keeps happening or if you notice that you are having discharge or vaginal itching or discomfort, then you need to see your gynecologist. It is not your birth control pill though. It is impossible for him to have a reaction to the hormones by having sex with you.
