You are not going to get your period until you get to the brown pills in a 28 day pack. They are the inert pills with no hormone to trigger your "withdrawal bleed" You need to take the pills as they come in the pack in order and take them one each day, all of them and in order for them to be effective. Do not alter this schedule for any reason. If you have a 21 day pack, you take all the 21 active pills then you skip a week taking no pills to get your withdrawal bleed, then start a new pack after the week (7days) is over
