its not unusual to skip a period. If you skip 2 in a row you should see your Dr.
You probably missed because of the previous spotting. I often tell women, if you spot or have breakthrough (mid month bleeding) it is less likely to have a period since there is only so much uterine lining to be shed. More than likely you will begin to regulate out now and have normal periods when they are due. This can take 5-6 months in some women.
