How does the incidence of stroke compare to HRT or combination estrogen+ progesterine therapy?
I'm reluctant to presume anything but it is not indicated for use in menopausal women or those with a BMI above 35. The incidence of stroke seems to be related to smoking, not just type A blood which increases risks with some oral birth control.
I suspect the amounts for HRT are lower than for a contraceptive.
