I couldn't find any close results using the Pill Identifier. Are you sure the imprint is "P13" ... are there any other characters on the pill?

I found the pill with a teenager. It is about as big as my little finger nail. The writing is white. It is a gel pill blueish-green like ocean water. P13 on it. That is all the information I have. I have seen this pill twice in the hands of teenagers in the last month. I work at as MFTI, residential and outpatient drug alcohol facility. Any info is greatly appreciated~

The pill you describe does not appear to match anything here:

When a pill doesn't match anything, this usually means that it's one of the following: diet, energy, herbal, vitamin, illicit or foreign.

It is an over-the-counter diarrhea pill... either Wal Mart or Dollar General brand.

The pill is an anti diarrheal. Compared to Imodium. it is just generic.

Pill imprint P13 has been identified as Loperamide Hydrochloride 2 mg.

It is a generic version of Imodium A-D available over-the-counter for the treatment of diarrhea.
