You can try taking it with food since absorption is not affected with or without food, but it will probably not much of a difference on nausea. If that doesn't work, you might want to try the following strategies to help your nausea. Hope it helps!
Drink clear (eg, water, juice) or cold drinks.
Eat light foods that do not further upset your stomach.
Eat and drink slowly.
Eat smaller meals.
Eat more often.
Rest after eating.
Do not brush your teeth after eating.
Eat foods from all the food groups as much as you are able. This will ensure that you get proper nutrition.
