Why lisinopril causes dry cough and angio edema?

Because the lisinopril inhibit angitensin converting enzyme this enzyme inhibit the activity of bradykinin if these enzyme inhibited by lisinopril these may lead to activation of bradykinin (inflammatory mediator) the bradykinin has vaso dilating effect and also it responsible from dry cough and angioedema. free discount card
