No, they are both single entity drugs from different classes and have different modes of action.

Lisinopril is a generic drug that contains lisinopril. Valsartan is a generic drug that contains valsartan.

No unless it has been contaminated by the manufacturer. You may have a script that contains HCTZ, that is a form of potassium. I know because I'm allergic to potassium.

The two drugs are made by different manufacturers. You can research both medications here on Drugs.com just by typing in the name... there is also a section, Drug Images, that gives the manufacturers and the types of fillers used in production.

Both are different classes of drugs. Lisinopril is an ACE inhibitor whereas valsartan is an angiotensin II receptor antagonist. Both are used to treat hypertension.
