Hello,

Lisinopril is used in the treatment of high blood pressure; heart failure; heart attack; diabetic kidney disease; migraine prevention, and belongs to the drug class angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors.

Carvedilol is used in the treatment of heart failure; high blood pressure; angina; left ventricular dysfunction; atrial fibrillation and belongs to the drug class non-cardioselective beta blockers.

Take care,

Neither one is a "water" pill. There are combinations drugs that have a water pill component but not these alone.
