There should be an expiry date on the bottle. Have you looked carefully?
If you are unable to find the date on the bottle call the pharmacy you got the liquid polibar from. They should be able to help you.
The liquid polibar should be stored at room temperature away from heat and moisture and the lid should be kept tightly closed when not in use.
