... away in time?
When I began liothyronine. I had a headache daily almost the entire time I was on it. I stopped taking it after 6 weeks because it didn't resolve my issue (hypothyroid, with a problem converting t4 to t3). I have since been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and I still get headaches about 1-2 times a week, which is a symptom of fibro. So I'm not sure if it was the liothyronine, or my fibro. But they were definitely more frequent with the liothyronine. Hope that helps.
