I have spinal stenosis, bulging discs, sciatica, scoliosis in the lower spine. The stinosis is in my T.spine Can my conditions cause back spasms? And pain on the ribs? Taking Lioresal.

Hello in a panic, & welcome to the site. The answer to your questions are yes, yes, & yes! Have you consulted with a neurosurgeon or had an MRI to confirm your diagnosis? I suggest you do this, as for a stenosis the only resolve is usually surgery to relieve the pressure off the spinal canal. The liorserol or baclofen may help some with muscle spasms, but the radiating pain is caused mostly because of the pressure on your spinal canal. If you haven't I would suggest you have a consult with a neruosurgeon. Wishing you the best...
