My fingers wrist are hot to touch and extremely painful but I've tried resting and taking regular pain relief but nothing helping there don't seem to be any swelling or disfority
If they are hot to the touch then it is NOT fibro and is more likely related to your arthritis. Has your Dr ever drawn a Rheumatoid Factor blood test? Take an anti-inflammatory like Aleve or ibuprofen. Aleve (naproxen) works quite well for this kind of pain, just be sure to take it with food. You might want to check with your Dr or pharmacist if you take any other medications to be sure it is okay and doesnt interact with anything else you take.
