Hips and knees, pain, 70 yo
Try to see an OT doctor as they can help the most with the correct physical therapy you may need.
The best therapy out there is warm water therapy done in an indoor pool that is heated so that you can do exercises without the effect of gravity causing more pain.
I know back when I couldn't walk due to RSD, it was an OT doctor that helped me get my range of motion back to the best it could be.
