No. Lidex is for external use only and it to be applied to skin. Using it vaginally would be internal use and the vagina consists of mucus membrane. You could absorb too much medication systemically by using in the vagina. It would probably not be comfortable for you to use vaginally as this medication can sometimes cause burning and irritation to the skin so it would really burn vaginally. One is not supposed to even use this medication in the groin area without the permission of your Dr. If the areas you want to treat are located on the external vaginal lips then you may be able to use Lidex there, but you would want to get your Drs permission to do so first. Using it intravaginally would not be good though. If you have intravaginal itching you should see your gynecologist for diagnosis. It may be that you have a vaginal fungal infection (and Lidex is not effective for fungus!) and would need a different kind of medication for that.
