I am tremendously sorry for your loss.
Let me see if i understand your question, you or your daughter were prescribed the meds?
Fisrt of all it´s negligence and incompetence on behalf of the hospital and the "doctor" and they must be held accountable for this.
I know it will not bring you princess back, but you must stop them from this happening again.
You have to get legal advice.
If you are in th U.S. you have many legal options.
Again, my most deepest condolences.
