Can Lexapro cause pulmonary embolism ?

No, blood clots in your legs cause pulmonary emboli. Hormonal medication can cause you to get blood clots in your legs, but not an antidepressant.

I doubt you could draw a direct correlation. Antidepressants can cause gastro bleeding especially if taken with NSAID's, but rare and wouldn't necessarily cause an embolism in the lung.
