Dotsy; I don't know how long you have been on this but normally the 10mg which is the lower dose but the effects are much a like the first couple of weeks it even makes the anxiety and some of the other effects can even increase then slowly they get better by the end of the two week part. Then you keep taking it and it is important to take it about the same time each day and don't miss dose's and you should keep getting better if this is going to work on you right up to the 6 to 8 week period that is when you reach the full blood level of this medication so if it has been almost that long give your doctor a call. good luck and you should be doing better soon.
