When should Lexapro be given? Would it be best given in evening is patient is restless at night?

Depends really on how the patient reponds to the Lexapro which is usually taken in the morning unless it makes the patient very sleepy.
I'm not a medical professional, but in my personal experience Lexapro made me unable to sleep when I took it in the afternoon/night. I would agree with the above poster to try it in the morning.
With me Lexapro makes me very lethargic a few hours later so I have changed from taking it in the mornings which made me tired in the afternoon to now taking it with dinner. That is what works for me.
