Hello there. You are correct. Vitamins are not to be taken with this. The reason is it may contain magnesium or calcium which can't be with it or other substances affecting absorption.
Nothing is taken with thyroid medication except a full glass of water. This is so absorption is complete, and the pill dissolves so quickly it may not get down your throat and cause troubles if it swells up with only a sip. Other liquids do affect absorption.
Also, you are to wait 30 minutes before you eat or drink anything but water and it is always first thing in the morning. Oh, don't chew it or dissolve it in your mouth as that too affects dosing.
