I picked up my refils and left it in my car while on vacation (i had enough with me I didn't need refills yet.) The windows were rolled up and the temperatures reached well into the 80's outside -- so inside the car it was well over 100 degrees. Will this effect the potency of the medication.

As you have eluded to drugs should not be left inside cars because cetain drugs can be affected by high heat.
Are your drugs dispensed in an original container?
If so check the label for storage instructions.
If you are unable to do so check with your local pharmacy.
If the temperature of the car exceeds the recommended storage instructions the safety and efficacy of the medicines can no longer be guaranteed. You should dispose of the medicines and organise replacements.
