Hi, I asked my doctor this morning for a bc pill to stop my periods or to lessen them. He said that Levora will make my period only come every 3 months. I remember him saying something about not taking certain ones and after 3 months, stop taking them to allow your period to come and then start up again. I am starting today, but going on vacation on 9/5 for a week and do NOT want my period to happen. Do I take all the pills in the pack (white and peach) for the first month, or do I not take the peach ones and just start a new pack at that time to make sure I don't have my period on my trip? Help is greatly appreciated! Thank you.
Its really important you pay attention when a dr gives instructions. You take all the active pills, the white ones, in the first pack, then you put that aside without taking the peach ones. You start the white ones in the second pack. When you get to the peach pills you put them aside and start the third pack of white pills. At the end of the third pack you take the peach pills and have a period.
