Yes, you can take Levitra while taking Xarelto. There are no known interactions between these medicines. However, it does not mean that no interactions exist, so if you do experience any odd symptoms please see your doctor.

Grapefruit juice may increase the blood levels and effects of Levitra. However, if you have been regularly consuming grapefruit or grapefruit juice with Levitra, do not alter the amounts of these products in your diet without first talking to your doctor.
The technical explanation is that grapefruit juice inhibits intestinal rather than hepatic CYP450 3A4 isoenzyme. Because pharmacokinetic interactions involving grapefruit and grapefruit juice are often subject to a high degree of interpatient variability, the extent to which a given patient may be affected is difficult to predict.
You have been very helpful,Thank you.
