I have had difficulties of my bowel movement .
May I ask if you are taking Zofran for cancer treatments at this time? If so, they can cause horrible constipation. (Zofran is an antinausea medication for cancer patients and others that suffer from nausea.)
If not, try taking two 2500 mg tablets of Magnesium, if it's OK by your doctor, each night with dinner. It will help you tremendously. Until the mag starts working, use milk of magnesia to get things going again if you are able to.
