Possible, but not probable. I think your period is late because you switched brands of pills and your body is still getting used to them. You would have a build up of the hormones in your body from the previous pills and you didn't miss any, you were a few hours late taking them. Give it a few more days. Some pills are so strong, you don't have a period every month.
