If you mean her levels tested were 5 micrograms per deciliter of blood, then her values are in the top 2.5% of 1-5 year olds tested. This value changes periodically as the cut-off value to find the top 2.5% changes with increased information available.
Chelation therapy may be considered if a child's blood lead test amount is >45 micrograms per deciliter.
