I've had chronic constipation my whole life. I finally learned about magnesium Malate.
Not oxide or other types.
It's a natural supplement that works for many things but one of them is making your stool more comfortable.
I start by taking one at night.
Then take 1 in am and one at night.
Ideally 1 two times a day is good for you.
If it's too much you'll know because you'll have loose stools
It works quickly, is good for you and won't give you cramps.
